About the Role

This is a role for someone who genuinely loves the intersection of marketing and high-level organization—someone who doesn't just execute isolated tasks, but thinks strategically about audience growth, lead nurture, and brand consistency.

As our Executive Assistant – Digital Marketing & Lead Generation, you will work closely with executive leadership, supporting and scaling the core marketing engine behind the business from the ground up. Your main mission is to build systems, craft compelling content, and ensure no lead ever falls through the cracks. If you are an organized, proactive CoWorqer who gets excited about converting strategy into daily execution, this role was made for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • End-to-End Marketing Ownership: Own the full execution pipeline for digital marketing initiatives—bridging the gap between high-level strategy and daily implementation.

  • Lead Generation & Nurture: Actively follow up with leads and build out a structured, actionable roadmap for long-term lead cultivation.

  • Social Media & Community Management: Maintain active, engaging, and accurate social media channels—handling daily community interactions by responding to comments, direct messages, and inbound emails in a polished tone.

  • Marketing CRM Hygiene: Maintain and organize the marketing CRM, ensuring all contacts, pipelines, and interaction records are strictly up to date.

  • Content Creation & Repurposing: Draft, edit, and repurpose content across newsletters and social media posts, maintaining a strategic eye for what resonates with our target audience.

  • AI-Powered Execution: Utilize your provided Claude seat to streamline workflows, draft high-converting copy, and elevate daily operational speed.

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

  • Solid Digital Marketing Background: Proven experience in digital marketing, possessing a balanced blend of strategic thinking and creative execution.

  • Autonomous Operator: High level of self-direction. You take complete ownership of your deliverables without needing constant supervision or micro-management.

  • Core Tech Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Suite (including Outlook) and comfortable with graphic creation using Canva.

  • Project Management Tool Fluency: Direct experience using at least one major project management platform (Asana, ClickUp, or Notion).

  • Professional Communication & Detail: Exceptional written English skills, capable of representing the brand professionally across all channels with sharp attention to detail.
