We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and sharp individual who can manage product sourcing from multiple vendors while also handling customer service responsibilities with professionalism and confidence.
This is not a role for beginners. You must have strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage several orders at once without missing a beat. If you take initiative, stay organized, and know how to lead—not just follow—we want to hear from you.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Source products from various vendors based on multiple client orders
📧 Respond promptly to emails and acknowledge receipt of orders
📦 Keep track of multiple orders and ensure accurate updates
💬 Handle customer service concerns clearly and professionally
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams when necessary
✨ Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years of proven experience in product sourcing and customer service
✅ Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
✅ Highly organized, resourceful, and independent
✅ Strong leadership mindset and the ability to make sound decisions
✅ Must be available during Pacific Standard Time hours
