We are looking for a highly experienced FG Funnels / GoHighLevel Specialist to help optimize and scale a coaching business dedicated to supporting parents of children with autism. This role involves improving funnel efficiency, streamlining workflows, and leveraging existing podcast content to expand reach.

📍 Position Details:

Location: Remote
Hours: 5 hrs/week (potential for more based on project scope)
Rate: $6-$7.5/hour
Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)

🔹 About the Client:

Hosts a highly successful podcast (750,000+ downloads) supporting autism parents.
A former CPA & CFO who transitioned from finance to coaching after personal experiences with his son’s health challenges.
Provides one-on-one coaching to empower parents navigating their children’s well-being.
Aims to scale his business by fully integrating operations into FG Funnels / GoHighLevel, moving away from ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ FG Funnels / GHL Optimization – Transition from existing tools and set up new workflows.
✔ Coaching Offer Setup – Finalize the sales page and application process within FG Funnels.
✔ Workflow Automation – Design systems to streamline client applications and onboarding.
✔ Affiliate Referral System – Create tailored URLs for practitioners to refer clients.
✔ Social Media Integration – Leverage FG Funnels' capabilities to schedule and manage content on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
✔ Content Utilization – Maximize the reach of 250+ podcast episodes and video clips across platforms.
✔ Ongoing Support – Ensure smooth and effective funnel operations.

🔹 Strategic & Detail-Oriented – Can map out and execute an effective improvement plan.
🔹 Marketing & Automation Savvy – Knows how to optimize client journeys and engagement.
🔹 Familiar with Coaching/Parenting Audiences – Experience with parenting or health-related coaching is a plus.
