                    We are looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant with a strong background in both marketing and executive responsibilities.
Details:
Rate: $5-7USD per hour
Working hours: 10 hours per week. (Actual hours to be discussed with client if successful)
Setup: FULLY REMOTE SETUP.
Preferred Qualities:
- Fluent/strong written and verbal English communication skills. and a strong sense of branding and messaging.
- Creative, strategic thinker who is tech-savvy and understands trends in social media, particularly for author/expert-focused brands.
- Proactive, quick learner able to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and reliably execute all assignments with minimal guidance.
Key responsibilities:
Affiliate Program and Sponsorship Outreach:
- Proactively reach out to potential sponsors for the client’s TV show launching on platforms like Samsung Plus and Roku.
- Manage and distribute affiliate links for the client’s campaigns, tracking engagement and ensuring prompt delivery of essential materials.
Daily Social Media Management and Content Creation:
- Generate and schedule daily posts on Instagram, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms, ensuring content aligns with your personal brand voice and current trends (including carousels, trending music, and professional aesthetics).
- Coordinate with client to reference and model after preferred IG accounts and incorporating your feedback on style and approach.
- Handle direct audience engagement and follow-ups, particularly to drive registrations for clients upcoming projects and activities.
Operational Coordination and HubSpot CRM Support:
- Use HubSpot or your preferred platform to streamline contacts, appointments, and communication. ( Good knowledge of Hubspot and it’s technical use is highly preferred)
- Manage scheduling (including preparation and coordination for onboarding, social media management and file sharing in Dropbox).
Content Publishing and Ebook Support:
- Convert cleaned-up transcribed notes into polished e-books and assist with Amazon publishing as needed.
General Executive Assistance:
- Provide responsive, adaptable support - gathering assets, executing quick turnarounds, and offering marketing momentum with minimal oversight.
- Consistently mirror your high standards of reliability, follow-through, and integrity in task completion.
