Marketing & Administrative Assistant (with CRM and Tech Support)
Work Setup: Remote

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support the client in managing day-to-day operations, marketing execution, and CRM-based client engagement. This role blends creativity, tech-savviness, and strong organizational skills — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
You’ll assist with course management, social media content creation, and backend marketing processes using tools like GoHighLevel, ensuring that campaigns, launches, and client touchpoints run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Initiate collection processes in coordination with a lawyer (existing process provided)
 
- Build and optimize automated workflows using GoHighLevel
 
- Support course creation — edit videos, package content (thumbnails, branding), and upload to the course portal
 
Marketing Support
- Create and maintain websites and landing pages
 
- Schedule and manage social media content
 
- Edit videos for reels, marketing materials, and online courses
 
- Handle logistics for masterclasses — set up Zoom, manage schedules, send email invites, and organize assets
 
- Write and create social media content, graphics, and presentations
 
- Draft video scripts or talking points consistent with brand voice
 
- Conduct market research (events, venues, opportunities)
 
- Design marketing assets such as lead magnets and speaker sheets
 
- Engage actively on social media — commenting, replying to DMs, and interacting with the audience
 
- Edit and manage podcast production
 
- Handle podcast guest outreach and coordination
 
Sales & Client Management
- Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM for client records and workflows
 
- Create memberships and course portals
 
- Set up payment processes via Stripe within GoHighLevel
 
- Send sales follow-ups and nurture leads through email and database updates
 
- Build lead lists through online research and targeted outreach
 
- Manage scheduling for client calls — sending invites, managing reschedules, and follow-ups
 
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in marketing or admin support roles
 
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM, Stripe, and general digital tools
 
- Strong communication and organizational skills
 
- Experience with video editing, social media scheduling, and content creation
 
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple projects
 
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in course management or online education platforms
- Familiarity with podcast production or digital marketing automation
- Creative eye for branding, visuals, and design consistency
