A highly experienced Senior CAD professional is needed to lead and manage a remote CAD team for a retail design project. The ideal candidate is skilled in reviewing and producing detailed design drawings, coordinating with consultants, and overseeing drawing production for complex, multi-stakeholder retail or commercial projects.
Senior CAD Manager – Responsibilities: • Lead the CAD team and ensure accurate, timely delivery of drawings • Review and coordinate complex drawing sets • Oversee production of the Detail Design package • Coordinate with external consultants (MEP, IT/AV) • Implement landlord comments and updates as needed
CAD Team Members (Also Open): Skilled CAD Technicians/Drafters are also needed to support the Senior Lead. Candidates should be capable of handling drawing coordination tasks and producing detailed documentation for retail or similar environments.
Scope of Work:
Review and coordinate all existing drawings and documentation
Identify and complete missing drawings
Coordinate with third-party consultants (MEP, IT/AV)
Update layouts in 3 key areas
Apply landlord comments
Update kitchen cabinetry drawings to reflect new equipment
Deliver a fully coordinated Detail Design submission package
Requirements: • 10–15 years of CAD drafting experience • Strong background in retail or architectural design documentation • Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus) • Excellent coordination and communication skills • Fluent in English • Available to work full-time for the duration of the project
