We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Sourcing assistant to join our remote team and support our Client's growing e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for a highly independent professional who is skilled in vendor sourcing, customer relations, and multitasking during busy periods.
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for sourcing products efficiently from various vendors and managing client interactions to ensure high-quality customer service. You will handle multiple orders, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain clear communication with both clients and vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, articulate, and able to work autonomously without needing step-by-step guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing
Identify and source products from multiple vendors efficiently.
Evaluate vendor options and maintain good vendor relationships.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
Manage order processing and provide timely updates to clients.
Communication and Email Management
Handle customer and vendor emails, acknowledge receipt, and ensure proper follow-up.
Maintain professional English communication in all interactions.
Order Management
Oversee multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring smooth transaction flow and accurate updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in product sourcing and customer service preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach.
