We are looking for a sophisticated, highly intuitive CoWorqer who understands the polish, the pace, and the emotional intelligence required to represent a high-touch, premium brand. Your main mission is to serve as an indispensable operational partner, ensuring that affluent clients feel flawlessly taken care of from their very first interaction. What You'll Be Doing
Client Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the complete client administrative lifecycle, managing high-level documentation, contracts, introductory calls, and formal email correspondence.
Onboarding & Lead Management: Oversee strategic outreach, seamless client onboarding protocols, and meticulous follow-up sequences for both active clients and incoming premium leads.
Booking Ecosystem Operations: Learn, navigate, and operate luxury booking and reservation systems to eliminate operational bottlenecks and keep itineraries moving seamlessly.
CRM & Event Stewardship: Manage the internal CRM database and execute sophisticated event follow-ups, transforming warm connections into lifelong, loyal brand advocates.
What We're Looking For
Luxury & Hospitality Background: Proven experience working directly within the luxury travel, high-end hospitality, or premium wellness sectors. You already understand the standards, expectations, and language of affluent clientele.
Polished Communication Style: Exceptional C1/C2 verbal and written English skills. Your communication is refined, professional, elegant, and entirely free of casual errors.
High Emotional Intelligence: Naturally warm, emotionally attuned, and deeply reassuring. You know how to "read the room" and instill complete confidence in clients during every interaction.
Core Operational Accountability: You must take direct ownership of the following critical operational metrics and tasks:
Ensure smooth administration, operations, and coordination between Tyrone, Dahlene, the dispatcher, and the fleet.
Cover load-board booking seamlessly whenever the dispatcher is out.
Screen and professionally return broker phone calls promptly (via a designated Google number).
Take the lead on onboarding new drivers, including building out the foundational onboarding system from the ground up.
