We’re looking for experienced cold callers to support outreach efforts for two dynamic businesses — one focused on IT & cybersecurity and the other in AI product sales. If you're confident, proactive, and skilled at building rapport over the phone, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include: • Reaching out to leads from business directories (Long Beach Chamber, ABAOC, SBDN, etc.) • Introducing services such as free cybersecurity assessments • Filtering leads to identify alignment with either IT services or AI products • Drafting and sending email campaigns with multiple touchpoints • Managing leads using Salesforce and HubSpot during CRM transition • Researching lead vendors and compiling directories for outreach
Requirements: • Proven cold calling experience • Strong verbal communication skills • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently • Willing to work during PST hours • Open to a 1-month probation period
