The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Social Media Manager, your responsibilities may include:
📅 Content Planning & Scheduling – Develop and execute social media calendars
📝 Copywriting & Content Creation – Write engaging posts, captions, and social media ads
📊 Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor engagement, track KPIs, and adjust strategies
🤝 Community Engagement – Respond to comments, messages, and foster audience growth
🎨 Collaboration with Designers – Work with graphic designers and video editors to produce creative content
📢 Paid Ads Management – Set up and optimize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok ads (preferred but not required)

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role
✔️ Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
✔️ Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
✔️ Ability to analyze insights and optimize social media performance
✔️ Knowledge of trends, hashtags, and audience engagement techniques
✔️ Experience with basic graphic design or Canva (preferred but not required)
