Executive Assistant (Inbox Management, Lead Cultivation, and Administrative Support) – Remote
💸 Rate: $6–7 USD per hour
🕒 Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week, with potential for more during busy periods
Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a "unicorn" — someone who excels in systems thinking, has strong accountability, and can work effectively across multiple departments. The role requires high-level organizational skills and is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is remote and requires 10–20 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbox Management: Prioritize, organize, and manage the executive's email inbox.
Lead Cultivation: Identify, nurture, and track potential leads for future business.
Day-to-Day Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the executive's day.
Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to coordinate social media posts and other projects across departments.
Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors as needed.
Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the executive’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling.
Other Admin Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the executive's needs.
Key Qualifications:
Must have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
Unicorn skills: You must be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without oversight.
Familiarity with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) principles and practices is a must.
Must be comfortable working with a high-accountability environment.
Strong systems thinking: Ability to anticipate needs and develop systems to streamline processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
Experience with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
