Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is a "unicorn" — someone who excels in systems thinking, has strong accountability, and can work effectively across multiple departments. The role requires high-level organizational skills and is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is remote and requires 10–20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management: Prioritize, organize, and manage the executive's email inbox.

  • Lead Cultivation: Identify, nurture, and track potential leads for future business.

  • Day-to-Day Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the executive's day.

  • Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the main point of contact to coordinate social media posts and other projects across departments.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors as needed.

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the executive’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling.

  • Other Admin Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the executive's needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.

  • Unicorn skills: You must be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without oversight.

  • Familiarity with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) principles and practices is a must.

  • Must be comfortable working with a high-accountability environment.

  • Strong systems thinking: Ability to anticipate needs and develop systems to streamline processes.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Experience with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
