About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Digital Marketing Assistant to serve as the operational engine for a growing coaching and consulting brand. This role is a blend of high-level technical CRM management, strategic marketing, and executive administrative support.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take a picture of a business card or a raw content idea and turn it into a tagged lead, a nurtured contact, and a published piece of content. You will be responsible for consolidating our systems, moving us toward a "one-stop-shop" efficiency, and ensuring that our client environment remains warm, professional, and high-vibe.


Key Responsibilities

1. Systems Migration & GHL Mastery

  • Consolidation: Lead the migration of newsletters from MailerLite and funnels from Systeme.io into GoHighLevel (GHL).

  • CRM Management: Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain the GHL ecosystem, including building out a new Community feature and updating the website as needed.

  • Funnel Architecture: Draft, layout, and optimize sales funnels to drive conversions.

2. Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Email & Social Media: Manage the full lifecycle of content—from planning and drafting sequences/blogs to execution and engagement.

  • Meta Ads: Handle the setup, design, monitoring, and optimization of ad campaigns.

  • Strategic Networking: Research industry-specific events (e.g., author conferences), manage business card data entry into GHL, and execute approved outreach/follow-up sequences via email, LinkedIn, and Alignable.

  • Sales Outreach: Utilize FlowChat for cold outreach to potential leads and networks.

3. Executive Admin

  • Financial Tracking: Manage basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks by tagging and labeling expenses based on receipts provided.

  • Inbox & Calendar: Categorize emails (urgent vs. spam), manage the founder's calendar (sales, onboarding, and client calls), and step in to handle correspondence when the founder is traveling.


Non-Negotiables

  • GoHighLevel Expert: You must have hands-on experience navigating and building within GHL.

  • Professional Tone: All outgoing communication must be warm, welcoming, and strictly free of profanity.

  • Proactive Communication: We value an "ask and clarify" culture. You must be comfortable asking questions to ensure total alignment.

  • Schedule: Sundays are strictly off.


Qualifications

  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in GoHighLevel ( Non Negotiable )

  • Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing strategy, implementation, and data analytics.

  • Language: Excellent written English with the ability to draft professional blogs and nurture sequences.

  • Bonus: Experience with Amazon Ads is highly desirable as we look to expand our client services.
