We are hiring a Routing Associate for our client, a fast-growing online furniture retail company. This backend logistics role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in shipment coordination. You will be responsible for tracking orders, verifying product and pricing accuracy, and ensuring smooth logistics processes from manufacturer to customer.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
📦 Coordinate shipments from manufacturers to customers
🧾 Review order acknowledgments for item and price accuracy
🚚 Monitor shipment progress and update records accordingly
💳 Handle accurate billing and logistics documentation
🗂 Perform other backend logistics and admin tasks as assigned
✨ Requirements:
✅ Exceptional attention to detail is a must
✅ Experience in logistics, order processing, or backend roles preferred
✅ Strong written communication skills in English
✅ Comfortable with technology and organized with files and data
✅ Willingness to work onsite in Davao during graveyard shift
✅ Reliable and proactive team player
