About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Assistant who does more than just "check boxes." We need a systems-thinker who will own our marketing engine so the founder can stay in their zone of genius: coaching, speaking, and serving clients.

This role is for someone who understands that a business is only as strong as its systems. You won’t just wait for instructions; you will look at the calendar, anticipate upcoming launches, and build the funnels, emails, and social plans needed to make them successful. You are an architect of the "client journey," ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Funnels, Systems & Systeme.io

  • Build & Maintain: Own the end-to-end setup of funnels, landing pages, and automations within Systeme.io

  • Architect Flow: Design cohesive pipelines, tags, and segments so the backend is organized and scalable.

  • Consultative Approach: Recommend best practices for offer structures and nurture sequences based on your past experience with successful clients.

2. Email Marketing & Newsletters

  • Campaign Management: Draft, schedule, and elevate newsletters using swipe copy as a foundation.

  • Launch Mapping: Ensure nurturing starts weeks before an event, mapping email sequences to the promotional calendar.

  • List Hygiene: Monitor deliverability, tagging, and segmenting to ensure high engagement and targeted communication.

3. Social Media & Launch Support

  • Strategic Posting: Plan and schedule content that directly supports upcoming launches and events.

  • Content Repurposing: Turn existing course materials, talks, and emails into high-value social posts to maintain a constant brand presence.

  • Community Engagement: Handle basic replies and connection-building to keep the brand visible and approachable.

4. Operational Proactivity

  • Forward-Thinking Planning: Review the master calendar and say, “We have an event in two weeks; here is the marketing plan I’ve drafted for it.”

  • Workflow Documentation: Audit existing pipelines, rebuild them for efficiency, and document the workflows so the system is transparent and reliable.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Digital Marketing/Systems VA or Marketing Project Manager.

  • Technical CRM Mastery of Systeme.io: Solid experience with all-in-one platforms. Ideally Systeme.io. But similar experiences with GoHighLevel, Kajabi, or Kartra. and etc is welcome as long as you are tech savvy and can learn Systeme. io quickly

  • Strategic Mindset: You are a self-starter who offers recommendations ("Here is what I suggest...") rather than just waiting for a task list.

  • Communication Excellence: High-level Business English proficiency (written and verbal).

  • Mission-Driven: You find fulfillment in supporting business owners so they can focus on their "genius" work.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a "Systems Native" who finds satisfaction in a clean pipeline and a well-timed email sequence. You are tired of fractured marketing and enjoy the challenge of auditing a system and rebuilding it into a cohesive, automated machine. You thrive on autonomy and take pride in being the engine that keeps a coaching and speaking business running smoothly.
