About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Assistant to own the day-to-day visibility engine for our client—a high-end, spiritually grounded healer and thought leader. Your mission is to protect her "zone of genius" (healing and teaching) by turning her voice, stories, and sessions into a consistent, intentional brand presence.

You will be responsible for positioning our client as a premier authority in her field, ensuring her content fills her clinic, primes her audience for online courses, and builds a lasting legacy brand that honors her Confucius lineage and trauma-informed approach.


Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Omnichannel Management: Create and manage a robust content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (expanding to TikTok/LinkedIn as needed).

  • Voice-Driven Copywriting: Write captions and post copy that capture our client's unique voice, focusing on transformation and outcomes.

  • Content Repurposing: Transform long-form content (podcasts, documentaries, and course recordings) into engaging short-form clips and posts.

  • Aesthetic Integrity: Maintain a high-end, cohesive visual aesthetic consistent with a spiritual and elevated brand.

2. Video Production & Editing

  • Production Support: Assist with remote recording setups, providing checklists for lighting, camera angles, and audio quality.

  • Post-Production: Edit solo teachings, multi-camera interviews, and customer testimonials.

  • Asset Creation: Design on-brand intros/outros, lower-thirds, and graphics.

  • Digital Library: Organize and tag video assets by topic for strategic reuse.

3. Podcast & Launch Management

  • Podcast Architecture: Help shape and manage the clinic-branded podcast; coordinate with "Daily Conversations with client to ensure brand alignment.

  • Podcast Ops: Prepare show notes, SEO titles, and thumbnails; manage uploads to YouTube and audio platforms.

  • Course Launches: Co-create outlines for online classes and build launch assets (landing pages, registration forms, slides, and promo graphics).

  • Live Event Logistics: Manage the backend of webinars and free classes, including links, chat moderation, and follow-up replay sequences.

4. Funnel & Brand Consistency

  • Pathway Optimization: Ensure all simple funnels (Podcast → Consult; Social → Program) are user-friendly and functional.

  • Legacy Highlighting: Strategically weave in Dr. Angela’s lineage, documentaries, and media appearances into the marketing narrative.

  • Social Proof: Systematically collect and organize written and video testimonials for use in campaigns and ads.


Qualifications

  • Marketing Savvy: You understand how content moves a lead from "follower" to "client."

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software, Canva (or similar design tools), and basic landing page builders.

  • Spiritual Alignment: You are comfortable working with themes of healing, spirituality, and trauma-informed care.

  • Proactive Growth: You don't just wait for tasks; you look for ways to improve the "visibility engine."
