This role is for one of our valued clients in the personal branding and coaching space.

💰 Rate: $7/hour
⏰ Schedule: 15 hours/week
🌍 Location: Remote
🕓 Timezone: Pacific Time (PT)

This role involves supporting a business owner with online visibility, outreach, and digital presence. It's ideal for someone organized, creative, tech-savvy, and experienced in web design, content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Management
Post weekly
Connect with 5–10 professionals and join 1 relevant group weekly
Reach out to 2–3 targeted leads weekly
Publish one article every other month
Create performance reports and analytics

Social Media Management
Develop a monthly content calendar
Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks)
Create carousels and static post graphics
Write captions/scripts with strong hooks
Track and maintain a list of videos to film
Research trends and suggest content ideas
Track performance and generate analytics reports

Website & Content Management
Update blog content
Maintain and update the personal website
Assist in building/updating client websites (WordPress – Divi or Elementor)

Admin & Executive Support
Research and list networking events in Orange County
Register for events
Draft and send follow-up emails to new contacts

Preferred Qualities
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Experience with WordPress (Divi and Elementor preferred)
Social media management and video editing experience
Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative
Available for 15 hours/week on Pacific Time hours
