About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our client in scaling her professional speaking, podcasting, and brand presence. This is a role for a "Thinker-Doer"—someone who doesn't just wait for a task list but proposes strategies, researches opportunities, and ensures that every lead our client meets is nurtured into a professional connection.
You will be the engine behind the scenes, managing three inboxes, producing a polished podcast, and turning raw networking data into a high-functioning CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Strategic Outreach
Full-Cycle Social Media: Propose monthly strategies, create engaging content (Reels, posts, etc.), manage daily engagement, and report on data analytics.
Newsletter Management: Draft, design, and schedule newsletters; monitor performance and optimize based on audience data.
Speaking Opportunity Research: Identify and present conferences, events, and associations for professional speaking engagements. Upon approval, you will manage the application and pitch process.
CRM Management: Process business cards and contacts from Dr. MJ’s events; add them to GoHighLevel CRM with accurate tagging, connect on LinkedIn, and execute approved follow-up email sequences.
2. Podcast Production & Guest Management
Post-Production: Edit and tweak episodes, write compelling show notes, create thumbnails, and schedule uploads across all platforms.
Repurposing: Transform long-form podcast episodes into high-impact Reels and social media content.
Guest Concierge: Manage the end-to-end guest experience—from formal invitations and gathering bios/assets to sending calendar invites, thank-you notes, and promotional kits for guests to share.
3. Executive Admin & Content Support
Inbox Architecture: Manage and clean 3 separate inboxes. You will tag emails (e.g., "Important - Reply Now" vs. "Reply Later") and draft responses for Dr. MJ’s final review.
Presentation Design: Create professional, high-end PowerPoint presentations for keynote speaking engagements and educational courses.
Qualifications
The Tech Stack: Working knowledge in GoHighLevel CRM (GHL), Video Editing software, Canva, and PowerPoint.
Strategic Copywriting: Ability to write professional pitches and engaging social media captions in Dr. MJ’s voice.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable reading data analytics to tell us what is working and what needs to change.
Reliability: You must be available for the fixed 8:00 AM PST start time.
