About the Role
We are looking for a highly articulate, agency-hardened Communications & Content Specialist to manage and elevate our digital footprint. This is not a role for entry-level content creators; you will be the primary voice across our social ecosystems, blogs, and email marketing.
You will be responsible for translating marketing goals into high-converting copy and engaging visual layouts. Because you will be working directly during US daytime hours, seamless, real-time collaboration and top-tier communication are central to this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Social Media Management
Platform Ownership: Strategize, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Community Engagement: Monitor channels, track performance metrics, and actively engage with our audience to foster community growth.
2. Copywriting & Content Creation
Long-Form Writing: Research and write compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts that position our brand as an industry authority.
Email Marketing: Draft, layout, and execute email campaigns and newsletters designed to nurture leads and retain clients.
Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified, sophisticated brand voice across every digital touchpoint.
3. AI Integration & Efficiency
AI-Powered Workflows: Leverage advanced AI tools to streamline research, optimize content ideation, and scale output without compromising on quality or original brand voice.
Non-Negotiables
Agency Background: Minimum of 3 years of marketing agency experience. You must be used to fast-paced environments, sharp deadlines, and high-quality standards.
English Mastery: C1/C2 English proficiency. Your business-level verbal and written English must be flawless, nuanced, and natural.
Geographic Location: Must be currently living in or near Cebu, Manila, or Davao to ensure stable infrastructure and access to major tech hubs.
Schedule Alignment: Fully committed to working US Daytime hours (Michigan/Eastern Timezone).
Proof of Work: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing published blogs, email campaigns, and social media management is strictly required.
