The Role: General Admin & Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized, responsive, and client-focused General Admin & Customer Service Assistant to serve as a vital support engine for our internal operations. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Account Managers and leadership team to keep our daily business rhythms running flawlessly.
This position is a hybrid of operational administration and high-touch support. You will be a key point of contact helping resolve internal team and client inquiries, ensuring that every communication reflects CoWorq's premium service standards. Core Responsibilities
1. Communications & Support Gatekeeper
Inbox & Ticket Management: Own the triage of shared team email accounts, responding to inquiries efficiently and routing urgent matters to the correct internal stakeholders.
Client & Talent Care: Act as a dependable support resource for our active clients and Virtual Assistant community, tracking their concerns and guiding them toward quick, helpful solutions.
Account Management Support: Partner closely with our Account Managers to handle customer service follow-ups, ensuring our partnerships remain healthy and highly collaborative.
2. Daily Administrative & Executive Operations
Task Execution: Handle general administrative, operational, and executive tasks as assigned by the leadership team to maximize organizational productivity.
Data & File Maintenance: Keep internal tracking systems, CRM records, and documentation up to date with extreme accuracy.
Meeting Preparation: Assist the team in organizing schedules, preparing basic daily reports, and logging action items from operational syncs.
What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates! We welcome motivated, fast-learning recent graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in the remote workforce ecosystem. Alternatively, at least 1 of experience in an administrative support or customer service role is a plus.
Strong English Communication: Confident verbal and professional written English skills. You must be able to draft clear, polite, and grammatically correct emails to international clients and team members alike.
The "Organized" Mindset: You are naturally detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple small tasks simultaneously, and never let important requests drop.
Night Shift Reliability: Fully committed to a permanent 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT schedule, with a secure, stable home office setup (reliable power and backup internet are essential).
