A client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper with a strong background in project management to support financial operations. The ideal candidate has experience in bookkeeping, financial reconciliation, and working with accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Financial Transactions Management – Oversee daily transactions, ensuring accurate recording of accounts payable and receivable.
🔹 Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash flow and income statements.
🔹 Bank Reconciliation – Ensure accuracy by reconciling bank statements and verifying financial entries.
🔹 Tax Preparation Assistance – Support the preparation of various tax returns, including payroll taxes.
🔹 Vendor & Invoice Coordination – Work with the accounting team and vendors to resolve discrepancies and invoice issues.
✨ Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or related fields.
✅ Proficiency in Xero and Google Suite.
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Must be proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented with numbers.
✅ Project management experience is required.
✅ Must be well versed in DEI
