Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Shift: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (US time zone)

Compensation: $300 – $350 USD per month

About the Role

The Community & Event Coordinator Lead is the operational heartbeat of the On Fridays We Scale (OFWS) community. You will be the face of our network—keeping daily conversations vibrant, nurturing relationships, executing seamless events, and maintaining community momentum.

You will work directly alongside our Founder, Khryzza Kelley, and our core team. While the marketing team generates strategies and creative assets, you are the driver who brings execution to life. This is not an entry-level content creation role; it is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for an experienced Virtual Assistant who understands event management, business dynamics, and community growth.

Schedule & Onboarding

  • Standard Hours: 20 hours/week (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM shift)

  • Week 1 Onboarding Special Hours (25 hrs total):

    • Monday, Sep 21: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Tuesday, Sep 22: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    • Wednesday, Sep 23: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Target Start Date: Late next week

What You’ll Do

  • Community Management & Retention

    • Lead daily engagement inside the OFWS WhatsApp community, sparking meaningful conversations tailored to our target audience.

    • Manage member communications, email updates, event reminders, session links, and resource organization.

    • Personally check in with absent members to break down participation barriers and maximize retention.

    • Participate in weekly L10 meetings to align on community goals and operational updates.

  • Event Coordination & Execution

    • Organize and manage virtual masterminds and our flagship in-person event, SEEN.

    • Act as the primary operational liaison for sponsors, facilitators, and attendees before, during, and after events.

    • Handle event logistics, track registrations, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

  • Marketing & Systems Execution

    • Schedule and publish pre-created marketing assets using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) and Claude.

    • Write engaging captions, moderate discussions, and respond promptly to DMs and comments.

    • Monitor engagement patterns and provide insights to refine future community campaigns.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Experienced Professional: Experienced Virtual Assistant (not open to fresh grads) with a proven track record organizing events.

  • Industry Savvy: Familiar with the Women in Business space, including customer avatars, market dynamics, and competitors.

  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and AI tools like Claude.

  • High Detail & Organization: Exceptional organization skills; former student leadership experience is a big bonus.

  • Dedicated Capacity: You have the full capacity and focus for this role (working another part-time job is fine, but you cannot be balancing a full-time position elsewhere).
