About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist who functions as a true Thought Partner. This is not a role for a generalist or a junior assistant. We need a seasoned expert who can walk into the "Thought Leadership Collective," look at the big picture, and independently map out the road to success.

You will be the bridge between vision and execution. You are expected to lead the "marketing machine"—from high-level campaign architecture to the final proofreading of a sales page. Core Responsibilities

1. Campaign Architecture & Strategy

  • Full-Cycle Mapping: Design and oversee complete marketing campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint—from the initial ad to the final sale—is intentional and cohesive.

  • Brief Creation: Develop comprehensive campaign briefs that clearly define goals, audience segments, and technical requirements.

  • Funnel Oversight: Architect and manage the flow of webinar pages, high-converting sales pages, and complex email nurture sequences.

2. Messaging & Content Positioning

  • Strategic Guidance: Provide expert direction on messaging angles for email marketing and social media, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn authority building.

  • Thought Leadership: Help refine the brand’s "voice" to ensure it resonates with high-level leaders and professionals.

3. High-Level Project Management

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the creative and technical team members to ensure all assets (graphics, copy, web) are delivered on time and at a premium standard.

  • Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper; you will proofread and audit all materials before they go live to ensure zero errors and maximum impact.

4. Optimization & Data Intelligence

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics across the funnel and provide actionable advice on how to improve conversions.

  • Social Proof Strategy: Identify and extract "gold" from workshops (specific video timestamps, powerful testimonials) to be used as high-converting marketing assets.


Key Requirements & "Vibe"

  • The "Thought Partner" Mindset: You take radical ownership. You don't wait for a task list; you provide the strategy and then manage the execution.

  • Agency/Corporate Background: 5+ years of experience managing multi-layered marketing departments or high-spend agency clients.

  • Independent Executor: You are comfortable working without micro-management and can troubleshoot complex marketing challenges on your own.

  • Strategic Precision: You understand the "why" behind the "what"—you know how a single word change in a headline can shift a conversion rate.


Technical Expertise

  • Expertise in LinkedIn Marketing and professional branding.

  • High proficiency in CRM/Email Marketing platforms and Funnel Builders.

  • Advanced project management skills (Asana, ClickUp, or similar).

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into creative strategy.
