Logistics Summary
Rate: $7.00 - $9.00 USD per hour.
Hours: Starts at 10–15 hours per week (High potential to grow).
Shift: Madrid Timezone (CET)
Mission: To own the execution of a high-vibe marketing engine focused on helping women find and keep healthy love.
About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who is both a creative storyteller and a disciplined systems executor. You will be the "engine" behind our content—taking raw ideas and recordings and turning them into a cohesive brand experience across Instagram, Podcasts, and Email.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives when working with established SOPs but also has the "big picture" intuition to repurpose content using AI tools like Claude. You aren’t just "posting"; you are helping manage a mission-driven funnel that changes women's lives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Execution & Storytelling
Content Creation: Transform written captions into on-brand graphics using Canva, brand guidelines, and provided assets.
Strategic Posting: Schedule and natively post content (IG/Later/Storito). You’ll handle the "final touch" (audio selection, polls, and engagement features) at peak times (6:00 PM Madrid).
Tracking: Maintain real-time status updates in Notion so the team has full visibility into what is drafted, scheduled, and live.
2. Podcast Production & Promotion
Post-Production: Edit audio recorded on Riverside, pull powerful clips/snippets (using AI transcripts), and prepare assets following our SOPs.
Weekly Launch: Every Monday, you will upload the episode, write/upload show notes, and ensure the 1-main snippet and 1-"trial" reel are ready for social.
Newsletter: Prepare and send the weekly podcast email via Go High Level to drive listeners to the new episode.
3. Email Marketing & Funnels (Go High Level)
Automations: Set up and maintain "Comment triggers" (e.g., "Comment EPISODE to get the link") and ensure leads are properly tagged.
Campaigns: Build and send newsletters and launch emails according to the marketing calendar.
Pages: Support simple funnel work, including updating landing pages and event/offer pages within GHL.
4. Live Events & Operations
Live Tech Support: Be present during monthly live online events (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Madrid) to manage links, chat, and tech troubleshooting.
SOP Management: Follow and update existing SOPs for launches and recurring tasks to ensure the "business machine" runs without friction.
Tools You’ll Use
Design/Social: Canva, Later, Storito.
Operations: Notion, Google Suite.
Marketing/Funnels: Go High Level (GHL).
Podcast/AI: Riverside, Claude (for copy and snippets).
Non-Negotiables & Preferences
The "Vibe": We prefer a VA who is genuinely passionate about our mission of helping women achieve healthy, lasting love.
Self-Starter Mindset: You should be able to "own" your tasks and reduce decision fatigue for the founder.
Tech-Fluent: You must be comfortable with (or a very fast learner of) Go High Level and AI tools like Claude.
Attention to Detail: You follow SOPs meticulously and have high standards for English grammar and brand alignment.
