The CoWorq Global Practicum Program - Multiple Roles Available

Internship Overview:
This internship offers meaningful projects and practical experience across CoWorq’s internal teams. Interns will be guided by a designated mentor, contribute to real work, and develop skills that are directly applicable to future careers.
Open to: Undergraduate students fulfilling their school requirements
Work Mode: Primarily remote; some roles may require on-site presence at Worqflow, Juna Subdivision
Available Roles:
Operations Graphic Design Intern – Create visual assets for internal campaigns, team announcements, and presentations, following brand guidelines.
Operations Social Media Intern – Assist with social media content planning, drafting, scheduling, and engagement tracking for CoWorq platforms.
Marketing Graphics Intern – Assist with creating and scheduling social media content, engaging with followers and relevant accounts, supporting community outreach, and maintaining CoWorq’s online presence in line with brand voice and visual style.
Recruitment Admin Intern – Support candidate tracking, scheduling, documentation, and assist with onboarding processes.
People Engagement & Admin Intern – Help coordinate team engagement initiatives, internal admin tasks, and support People Relations activities.
Finance Admin Intern – Assist with finance-related documentation, tracking, and reporting tasks to support the Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Work on assigned projects and tasks under the guidance of a mentor
Submit deliverables on time and communicate progress clearly
Learn tools and processes relevant to the assigned role
Participate in team check-ins and collaborative activities
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled undergraduate student
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully
Relevant skills depending on the chosen role (design, social media, admin, finance, etc.)
Duration & Schedule:
Internship Duration: 2–3 months (aligned with school requirements)
Flexible schedule, output-based tasks
Mentorship and periodic check-ins with assigned team mentors
