Davao Based Only | Part-Time Events Coordinator Lead

Davao City, Philippines
Part Time to Full Time
Entry Level

What to Expect

  • Salary: $300 USD per month.
  • Hours: Part-Time (15 hours per week).
  • Format: Remote, community-facing role.
  • Focus: Member engagement, community growth, event participation, and marketing execution.

About the Role
This role is the heartbeat of the On Fridays We Scale (OFWS) community. As the Community Engagement Lead, you'll be the welcoming face members interact with every week—keeping conversations active, ensuring members stay engaged, and helping prospective members feel excited about joining.

You'll work closely with the Founder, Khryzza Kelley, and the marketing team. While the marketing team creates the content, you'll be responsible for bringing it to life through community engagement, consistent execution, meaningful relationships, and event coordination. This isn't a content creation role—it's a community-building, event execution, and growth role.

What You'll Do
Community Management

  • Own the day-to-day experience inside the OFWS WhatsApp community, keeping conversations active, engaging, and aligned with the brand.
  • Send reminders for mastermind sessions, deadlines, events, and important member milestones.
  • Personally check in with members who miss sessions to understand barriers, encourage participation, and strengthen community retention.
  • Ensure members have access to all session links, replays, resources, and programme materials.
  • Manage community email communications, including announcements, follow-ups, and member support.

Marketing Execution

  • Schedule and publish social media content created by the marketing team across relevant platforms.
  • Write engaging captions, monitor engagement, and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Identify trends in engagement and communicate insights back to the marketing team to improve future campaigns.

Community Growth & Events

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective members, answering questions and nurturing relationships.
  • Support membership growth through outreach, referrals, and community-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate OFWS events from planning through execution, ensuring a seamless experience for sponsors, facilitators, and attendees.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for event logistics, including sponsor communication, facilitator coordination, attendee support, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with promotion and logistics for OFWS events, including SEEN, our flagship in-person mastermind.
  • Track event registrations, sponsorship commitments, and community membership progress against programme goals.
  • Represent OFWS with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm in every interaction.

Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by both community engagement and programme growth. Key performance indicators include:

  • Community Growth: Grow and maintain an active community of 100 members.
  • Event Registration: Achieve 75 registered attendees for flagship events and masterminds.
  • Sponsor Partnerships: Secure and coordinate 20 event sponsors.
  • Member Engagement: Maintain consistent communication, follow-ups, and high participation across the OFWS community.
  • Event Execution: Deliver organised, well-coordinated events with a seamless experience for sponsors, facilitators, and attendees.

Growth Opportunity
This role begins as a part-time position (15 hours per week) with a defined pathway to full-time employment. As OFWS grows towards its membership goals and flagship events, including SEEN, hours and compensation will be reviewed regularly based on performance and programme milestones. High performers will have the opportunity to grow alongside the community as it scales.
