We are seeking two HR Generalists to support our client, a global organization. While U.S. HR experience is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidates should be well-versed in HR policies, compliance, and best practices and be comfortable working with international clients.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 HR Operations – Support day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance.
🔹 Employee Relations – Handle employee concerns, performance management, and conflict resolution.
🔹 HR Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Assist in hiring processes and candidate coordination.
🔹 Benefits & Compensation Support – Provide guidance on compensation structures and benefits administration.
🔹 HR Reporting & Documentation – Maintain records, track employee data, and generate reports.
📌 Ideal Candidate:
✅ 3+ years of HR Generalist experience (U.S. HR experience preferred but not required).
✅ Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and compliance (U.S. or global).
✅ Experience with HR systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Comfortable working with a global team and senior leadership.
