About the Role

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant who combines strategic marketing skills with strong technical know-how. This role supports a U.S.-based financial education business that helps women—particularly educators—get financially organized and confident through accessible programs and practical financial guidance.

The ideal candidate is creative yet data-driven, with experience in content strategy, automation, and performance analytics. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that empower clients to take control of their finances while ensuring a consistent, trustworthy brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Administrative Support

  • Manage and organize the inbox, prioritizing key messages and filtering out unnecessary communications.
     
  • Oversee calendar scheduling and maintain meeting organization.
     
  • Develop and refine SOPs and workflows for smoother daily operations.
     

 Marketing & Content Execution

  • Write and publish blog posts ensuring professional formatting in the webpage
     
  • Draft and send follow-up emails to leads and clients post-discovery calls.
     
  • Conduct networking follow-ups — connect with new contacts via LinkedIn and email after professional events.
     
  • Manage social media content creation, posting, and engagement to maintain consistent visibility and connection with the audience.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns — including design, delivery, and analytics tracking.
     
  • Set up and monitor Google Analytics for website, newsletter, YouTube, and social media performance.
     
  • Prepare monthly analytic reports summarizing engagement metrics, email list growth, and ROI (including CTOR).
     
  • Building and setting up automations via tools such as Zapier and MailerLite.
     
  • Schedule YouTube and LinkedIn posts in advance for regular updates and educational content delivery.
     
  • Support website rebranding to better engage the target audience of California women educators under 40.
     
  • Create video production schedules and coordinate timelines for filming.
     
  • Edit videos for YouTube and social media (reels, short-form clips, and educational snippets).
     

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and update client contact lists.
     
  • Send occasional check-in and value-driven emails to past clients.
     
  • Reach out to collect client testimonials and reviews to support ongoing brand credibility.
     

Non-Negotiables & Preferences

  • Must have a background or familiarity with finance or education, ideally with experience communicating with teachers or professional women.
     
  • Strong technical knowledge in automation tools, analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
     
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a warm, empathetic tone suited for educational and financial topics.
     
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of balancing creative and analytical work.
