Rate: $6-7 USD per hour (flexible, based on experience)

Hours: Fixed 5 hours per week
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Assistant to join a fast-paced environment, assisting with outreach and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in managing high standards and can effectively handle a demanding and detail-oriented client.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Conduct cold calls to potential leads.
Send personalized LinkedIn messages to connect with high-earning entrepreneurs and professionals.
Promote webinars and drive attendance to exclusive events.
Generate leads for webinars, masterclasses, and consulting projects.
Event Promotion & Engagement:
Drive awareness and engagement for key events through outreach and consistent follow-up.
Help promote upcoming events to the right audience.
Target Audience:
Focus on connecting with high-level professionals, particularly women entrepreneurs and business owners in the healthcare and business sectors.
Key Requirements:
Proven Experience:
Previous experience in lead generation, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach is a must.
Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Ability to craft tailored messages that align with the client’s voice and high standards.
Comfort in working with a client who has extremely high expectations and is results-driven.
Self-Starter & Quick Learner:
Able to independently navigate materials and resources without extensive onboarding.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Additional Skills:
Comfort in working with a client who has a strict, results-oriented approach.
Previous experience working with high-level professionals is a plus.
Work Environment:
The role will be remote, with fixed 5 hours per week.
