About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and heart-centered Executive & Marketing Assistant to support a brand dedicated to women's spiritual growth and devotion. You will be the "guardian" of our digital spaces—from managing high-intensity live calls (like our 40 Days of Devotion) to building the high-converting landing pages that welcome new women into our collective.

This role requires a unique blend of technical Kajabi management, empathetic customer service, and dynamic marketing execution. You aren't just an assistant; you are a community steward who ensures every woman feels seen, every link works perfectly, and every recording is organized for their journey.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Content Engine

  • Copywriting & Email: Draft and send promotional sequences for flagship programs like Free Soul Collective and 40 Days of Devotion.

  • Visual Building: Create high-converting landing pages from scratch (content and layout) and update existing pages for pricing/date changes.

  • Platform Growth: Repurpose video content for TikTok and YouTube; set up ManyChat for automated TikTok engagement.

  • Ad Strategy: Draft and manage Meta/Social ads, identifying high-performing content to convert into paid traffic.

2. Client Experience & Product Management

  • Kajabi Mastery: Upload course recordings, organize descriptions, and manage the student backend for our digital programs.

  • Live Event Management: Moderate Zoom calls (up to one call per day during 40-day intensives). You will manage the waiting room, chat, and community vibe.

  • Asset Creation: Design and layout beautiful, functional workbooks based on current course teachings.

3. Sales & Executive Support

  • DM & Comment Management: Lead the conversation in the DMs—replying to inquiries, following up on links, and building relationships.

  • Admin & Financial Data Entry Manage the Google Drive, organize inbox labels, and track/tag business expenses for the founder.

  • Proactive Follow-up: Maintain a close pulse on expenses and schedules, prompting the founder when decisions or receipts are needed.


Qualifications

  • The Tech Stack: Experience with Kajabi, ManyChat, Zoom, Google Suite, and Canva.

  • Marketing Eye: Ability to look at analytics and suggest which pieces of content should be turned into ads.

  • Organized Mind: You enjoy "cleaning up" an inbox or a Drive and keeping a founder accountable to their schedule.
