About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to support "Professor Sol," a neuro-affirming life coaching and consulting practice. Our mission is to serve Autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent adults through high-touch 1:1 coaching and a thriving online community of over 1,500 members.
Because we operate in a sensitive, neuro-affirming, and non-pathologizing space, we need an assistant who is not only technically proficient but also empathetic and detail-oriented. You will be the "anchor" for the business, managing the administrative flow so Sol can focus on deep coaching and teaching.
The Ideal Candidate
You are someone who finds joy in bringing order to a busy creative practice. You are patient, highly organized, and can anticipate what needs to be done next. You understand that behind every email and community post is a person looking for support, and you take pride in making their experience seamless and affirming.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Operations
Calendar & Email: Full ownership of scheduling, calendar management, and filtering/responding to inquiries to ensure no client feels overlooked.
Bookkeeping: Maintain a Google Sheet for expense tracking. You will take raw receipts (photos/forwards) from Sol and categorize them by date and type.
Project Tracking: Manage business timelines and ensure project milestones are met on time.
2. Community & Course Management (Skool)
Community Engagement: Manage the Skool community by mirroring social media posts within the group to keep members engaged.
Course Coordination: Handle the backend of course creation. Sol will provide the video recordings; you will be responsible for uploading them to the community and organizing the curriculum.
Presentation Design: Create professional and engaging presentations using Prezi for workshops and teaching sessions.
3. Marketing Support
Social Media: Handle the consistent posting of content across social platforms to maintain brand visibility.
Non-Negotiables & Preferences
Neuro-Affirming Lens: You must be comfortable working in a space that supports neurodivergent (Autistic/ADHD) adults with a non-pathologizing, supportive approach.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with Skool, Prezi, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools.
Communication: High-level English (written) with a warm, professional, and clear tone.
