The Role: Recruitment Lead

We are looking for a strategic, highly articulate Recruitment Lead to drive our end-to-end talent acquisition engine. In this role, you are the crucial bridge between our global clients' business goals and CoWorq’s elite talent ecosystem.

You won't just scan resumes; you will act as a talent consultant. You will deeply analyze client needs, design highly targeted recruitment campaigns, conduct rigorous screenings, and curate the perfect match from our talent pool. Core Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition & Curation

  • End-to-End Ownership: Orchestrate the entire recruitment lifecycle—from initial sourcing, application screening, and rigorous interviewing to final role closure before official onboarding.

  • Client Consultation & Profile Design: Partner directly with international clients to dissect their operational pain points, understand their business environment, and translate their needs into compelling, high-converting job descriptions.

  • Talent Pool Optimization: Proactively manage and evaluate CoWorq's active talent pool, strategically matching the right remote professionals with incoming client opportunities to ensure long-term retention.

2. Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

  • Unified Messaging: Craft professional, clear, and context-specific communications for both corporate clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience at every stage of the hiring pipeline.

  • Pipeline Transparency: Maintain real-time data integrity regarding candidate pipelines, providing proactive updates to clients so they are always informed.

3. Cross-Functional Ecosystem Support

  • People Relations Collaboration: Partner closely with our People Relations team to ensure a frictionless transition from the "Hired" stage to active onboarding, helping address early client or talent concerns to protect placement success.

What We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

  • Proven Recruitment Track Record: Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition—ideally within the Virtual Assistant, BPO, or digital marketing agency sectors.

  • C1/C2 Communication Mastery: Flawless business-level verbal and written English. You must be completely comfortable leading strategy calls with global business owners and conducting deep-dive candidate interviews.

  • Strategic Matchmaker Mindset: You know how to look past a resume to evaluate cultural fit, soft skills, and growth potential to ensure alignment with CoWorq's premium standards.

  • Autonomous Execution: A structured, self-directed operator who handles complex hiring pipelines with extreme detail-orientation and minimal guidance.
