About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Powerhouse who understands that great marketing is 50% strategy and 50% "the look." We don’t just need a video editor; we need a Visual Storyteller—someone who can take raw footage and ideas and turn them into a cohesive, premium brand experience.

If you have a "designer’s eye" and the technical chops to produce high-impact video content that stops the scroll, this role is for you. You will be the guardian of the brand's aesthetic, ensuring every piece of content feels intentional, elevated, and aligned.


Key Responsibilities

1. High-Impact Video Editing

  • Social-First Editing: Crafting fast-paced, engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that drive engagement.

  • Long-Form Polishing: Editing masterclasses, interviews, or YouTube episodes with professional pacing, color grading, and sound design.

  • Storytelling: Cutting footage in a way that captures the "human" element and the brand's unique voice.

2. Brand Identity & Graphic Design

  • Visual Strategy: Developing and maintaining a cohesive brand "look" (typography, color palettes, and overall aesthetic).

  • Graphic Creation: Designing high-end thumbnails, social media carousels, and digital assets that look premium.

  • Brand Consistency: Auditing all current platforms to ensure the visual identity is unified across the board.

3. Creative Marketing

  • Content Repurposing: Identifying the "gold" in long-form recordings and spinning them into multiple creative assets.

  • Trend Awareness: Staying ahead of visual trends to keep the brand feeling modern and relevant.


The Ideal Candidate

  • The Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut, plus expert-level skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).

  • The Eye: You have an intuitive sense of "what looks good." You understand white space, hierarchy, and modern design trends.

  • The Mindset: You are a proactive creator. You don’t just wait for a script; you suggest creative directions and "hooks" that will make the content perform better.


Non-Negotiables

  • Portfolio Required: We need to see a reel or portfolio that showcases both video editing skills and graphic/brand design.

  • Attention to Detail: You catch the tiny glitches and the off-center text that others miss.
