About the Role

We are looking for a visionary UI/UX and Graphic Designer who is tired of seeing boring, templated websites. Your primary mission is to create stunning visual identities and high-converting web layouts that set our brand apart.

While the "creative" is the most important part of this role, the "execution" will happen within GoHighLevel (GHL). We don’t necessarily need a GHL expert, but we do need a technical "builder" who is confident enough in their web design skills to learn, navigate, and master the GHL builder to bring their designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Level UI/UX & Graphic Design (The #1 Priority)

Web UI/UX: Designing modern, sleek, and user-centric web layouts that prioritize conversion and aesthetic beauty.
Graphic Design: Creating a cohesive visual ecosystem, including logos, social media assets, and digital marketing materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring that every touchpoint—from a lead magnet PDF to a landing page—feels like a premium, unified experience.

2. GoHighLevel (GHL) Implementation

From Design to Build: Taking your custom UI/UX mockups and building them out into functional pages within the GoHighLevel platform.
Creative Problem Solving: Using the GHL builder to its maximum potential (and finding creative workarounds) to ensure the final product looks like a custom-designed site, not a template.
Functional Setup: Ensuring pages are responsive, buttons are linked, and the user journey is seamless from the first click to the final form submission.

Qualifications

Design Mastery: A deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout hierarchy, and modern UI/UX principles.
Toolbox: Expert proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or Photoshop.
Technical Aptitude: Even if you haven't used GoHighLevel before, you have experience with other drag-and-drop builders (Elementor, Webflow, Wix, etc.) and are confident you can master GHL quickly.
Portfolio Required: We want to see your best UI/UX work and graphic design projects.

Adaptability: You are willing to learn the quirks of the GoHighLevel builder to ensure your beautiful designs are executed perfectly.
Attention to Detail: You are pixel-perfect. You care about the spacing, the padding, and the way a font renders on mobile.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a creative powerhouse who loves the "UI/UX" phase of a project but also finds satisfaction in actually building the final product. You don't need to be a GHL guru on day one, but you do need to be a design expert who is tech-savvy enough to make GHL do exactly what you want it to do.
