We’re looking for versatile, detail-oriented Executive Assistants who can confidently support financial teams across multiple departments — from Client Services and Marketing to Compliance and Licensing Support. This role involves working with U.S.-based clients in the financial sector, so you should be adaptable, organized, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities (May Vary Based on Placement):

Client Experience & Operations Support

  • Policy servicing: prepare forms, gather client documents, and follow up on missing information

  • Claims assistance: schedule adjusters, organize claim files, and send follow-up emails

  • Underwriting support: complete checklists and update submission portals

  • Commissions & licensing: reconcile statements and maintain agent records

Executive & Licensing Admin

  • Calendar and inbox management for executives

  • Coordinate internal meetings and travel arrangements

  • Assist with agent onboarding and license renewals

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Schedule and monitor social media posts

  • Draft newsletters, email campaigns, and blog content

  • Update CRM records and support lead generation and nurture campaigns

  • Organize webinars, executive meetings, and client events

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in admin, executive assistance, or client support

  • Background in financial services or insurance is required

  • Experience supporting insurance clients in both the Philippines and the United States is strongly preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy

  • Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information

  • Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management platforms

  • Must be available during Pacific Time business hours
