📍 Location: Onsite – Ground Fl, Buhangin Grand Complex, Km.6, Corner Carnation St., Buhangin, Davao

We are looking for six (6) Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join a fast-growing online furniture retail company. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, we want you on our team!

📌 Key Responsibilities:
📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries
🛋 Assist customers with pre-sales and post-sales concerns
🔎 Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently
🤝 Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
📊 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

✨ Requirements:
✅ Prior experience in customer service (phone, email, and chat support preferred)
✅ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
✅ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work onsite at our Davao office
✅ Willingness to work in rotating shifts within the stated hours
