We’re looking for a part-time Executive & Marketing Assistant who is highly skilled in Social Media Management and experienced (or confident learning) GoHighLevel (GHL). This role supports a mission-driven entrepreneur managing multiple wellness-focused businesses. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and creative, with strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of marketing and admin support.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and update the scheduling calendar for wellness center renters
🔹 Coordinate and post social media content, flyers, and updates
🔹 Serve as point of contact for scheduling inquiries and renter communication
🔹 Set up and manage email automations (reminders, confirmations, etc.)
🔹 Maintain CRM and help track and segment client data
🔹 Support the creation and sending of promotional offers
🔹 Research and reach out to secure speaking engagements
🔹 Help manage an online course community using AI characters and engagement tools
🔹 Assist in setting up webinars, funnels, and new digital products
🔹 Edit podcast episodes (intro/outro), book guests, and manage the content calendar
🔹 Create visual assets and reels using Canva and Opus
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔ Female
✔ Strong in Social Media Management (posting, engagement, strategy)
✔ Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or confident in learning it quickly
✔ Strong English proficiency – excellent spelling and grammar
✔ Extremely detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
✔ Self-starter with initiative and excellent time management
✔ Can follow systems but also offer suggestions for improvement
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Canva, Squarespace, and LastPass
✔ Able to communicate professionally and transparently
✔ Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
✔ Has a reliable internet connection and a strong remote setup
