About the Role

We are looking for a highly articulate, agency-hardened Communications & Content Specialist to manage and elevate our digital footprint. This is not a role for entry-level content creators; you will be the primary voice across our social ecosystems, blogs, and email marketing.

You will be responsible for translating marketing goals into high-converting copy and engaging visual layouts. Because you will be working directly during US daytime hours, seamless, real-time collaboration and top-tier communication are central to this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Multi-Channel Social Management

  • Strategic Blueprinting: Develop comprehensive content strategy documents to guide our messaging across platforms.

  • Content Calendars: Write high-converting copy for social media content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while providing clear direction for visual design and Reels inspiration.

  • Channel Management: Handle the backend scheduling and active posting of all approved calendar assets.

  • B2B Trend Research: Conduct ongoing research for creative inspiration, keeping a sharp pulse on B2B trends that cater specifically to our target market.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor channels, track performance metrics, and actively engage with our audience to foster organic community growth.

2. Multi-Format Copywriting & Creation

  • Long-Form & Newsletters: Research and write compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts and value-driven e-newsletters designed to nurture leads and retain clients.

  • Website Copywriting: Write and optimize clear, engaging website content to support brand refreshes or new landing pages.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified, sophisticated brand voice across every single digital touchpoint.

3. AI Integration & Efficiency

  • AI-Powered Workflows: Leverage advanced AI platforms to streamline deep research, optimize content ideation, and scale high-quality output without losing the original, nuanced brand voice.

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

  • Agency Background: Minimum of 3 years of marketing agency experience. You must be used to fast-paced environments, sharp deadlines, and high agency standards.

  • English Mastery: C1/C2 English proficiency. Your business-level verbal and written English must be flawless, nuanced, and natural.

  • Geographic Location: Must be currently living in or near Cebu, Manila, or Davao to ensure access to stable, high-tier tech infrastructure.

  • Schedule Alignment: Fully committed to working US Daytime hours (Michigan/Eastern Timezone).

  • AI Tool Stack Proficiency: Deeply proficient with generative and search AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity (knowing how to prompt for B2B contexts is a major plus).

  • Proof of Work: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing published blogs, e-newsletters, website copywriting, and social media content strategies is strictly required.
