We’re on the lookout for a proactive, strategic, and leadership-minded Virtual Assistant to support two growing health and wellness brands focused on helping people heal from chronic pain, trauma, and stress.

This role is not for someone who needs constant hand-holding.
We want someone who takes initiative, solves problems before they’re asked to, and thinks like a leader — someone who brings ideas to the table and gets things done.

About the Role:
You’ll be managing and improving the daily operations of digital platforms, courses, and community engagement — all while ensuring that systems run efficiently, links work properly, and customers feel supported and wowed.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to emails + customer messages daily
• Making return calls + booking calls for coaching and speaking using our online platform
• Weekly tracking + reporting on social media and website performance
• Managing and improving Keap (Infusionsoft) CRM automations and campaigns
• Daily QA of product links, checkouts, and landing pages
• Supporting digital launches (webinars, events, new programs)
• Creating SOPs and systems to help the brand scale
• Collecting and organizing data for Brain Health Assessments
• Developing engaging quizzes + contests for social media
• Monthly content and strategy planning
• Driving sales with a strategic and creative mindset
• Daily FB group + social media engagement
• Creating evergreen products + promotional strategies
• Weekly performance meetings: What’s working, what’s not, and how to improve

Top Priorities (Daily + Weekly):
💸 Make the Cash Register Ring – Focus on revenue-generating tasks (sales calls, promotions, follow-ups)
📈 Move the Needle – Work on systems, scaling strategies, partnerships — not just busy work
🌟 Create a WOW Experience – Surprise and delight leads and clients with care, value, and above-and-beyond support

Must-Have Skills:
✔️ Fluent in English (verbal & written)
✔️ Leadership mindset – proactive, independent, and results-driven
✔️ Experience with Keap (Infusionsoft), WordPress, Hootsuite, Acuity
✔️ Strong attention to detail + quality checking skills
✔️ Can manage multiple priorities without being micromanaged
✔️ Excellent at organizing, planning, and communicating
✔️ Familiar with Facebook/Instagram scheduling + analytics
✔️ Creative with engaging digital strategies and client retention

Bonus Skills:
✨ Zapier, automation, and troubleshooting
✨ Canva or visual content design
✨ Background in wellness, trauma healing, ADHD, or functional medicine
