Logistics Summary
Rate: $8.00 – $10.00 USD per hour.
Hours: 10–15 hours per week (with potential to grow).
Shift: Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Mission: To act as the organizational backbone for Veronica Bahn and eWomenNetwork, streamlining high-ticket sales funnels and ensuring flawless client and event logistics.
About the Role
We are looking for a Systems-Driven Digital Marketing Assistant who is as comfortable refining a workflow as they are managing a high-ticket sales funnel. You will be responsible for two main pillars: managing the back-office operations for eWomenNetwork and driving the marketing and CRM engine for Veronica Bahn.
This role is for someone who loves GoHighLevel (GHL), enjoys creating order out of chaos, and understands the "nudge" required for successful client acquisition.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a "Detail Architect." You notice when a tag is missing in the CRM, you know exactly where a file is in Canva, and you are excited about helping a brand sell high-value audits. You are looking for a role where your organizational skills directly impact the bottom line.
Core Responsibilities
1. High-Ticket Sales & Client Acquisition
Funnel Management: Drive interest and manage the sales flow for the Digital Visibility Audit ($2,497). This includes lead generation, sending funnel emails, and identifying target markets.
Sales Follow-up: Proactively follow up with leads generated from speaking engagements and client inquiry forms.
Client Lifecycles: Own the onboarding and offboarding process. You will send proposals, follow up on forms, and eventually manage file deletion and thank-you emails when a project concludes.
2. GoHighLevel (GHL) Mastery
CRM Architecture: Add leads, update tags, and ensure data integrity within the CRM.
Integrations: Manage and troubleshoot calendar and email integrations to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Reputation Management: Proactively manage Google reviews and organize client testimonials to build social proof.
3. eWomenNetwork Back-Office & Events
Leadership Coordination: Act as a liaison with the Leadership Team and the SBI Coordinator.
Event Logistics: Manage guest lists, collect logos for Business Matchmaker sessions, and update speaker information.
Presentation Design: Prepare high-quality PowerPoint/Canva decks for events and "Maximizing Your Membership" sessions.
4. Marketing & Content Creation
Social Media Management: Create Reels, static posts, and Stories for client social media accounts.
Canva Organization: Establish and maintain a clean, high-functioning folder system within Canva for multiple brand assets.
5. SOP & Workflow Optimization
Process Refinement: Evaluate and improve existing SOPs for podcast guest onboarding, client proposals, and general operations to ensure the business can scale.
Non-Negotiables & Qualifications
GoHighLevel Proficiency: You must be comfortable navigating CRM tags, integrations, and lead management.
Strong Follow-up Game: You are naturally persistent and don't let leads "go cold."
Systems Thinker: You enjoy creating SOPs and finding ways to make a process 10% faster.
Design Eye: Proficient in Canva with the ability to create professional-grade presentation decks.
High Accountability: You are comfortable working in MST and can provide regular updates on project statuses.
