Rate: $8 - $10 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
Executive Administration & Operations
Travel & Lifestyle Coordination: Orchestrate end-to-end travel logistics for business trips and "work-cations," balancing professional schedules with leisure arrangements.
Executive Communications: Manage inbox triage and draft high-level correspondence. Prepare polished, board-ready PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements and meetings.
Network & Relationship Management: Proactively manage post-networking workflows. This includes digitizing contacts from physical cards/QRs, updating the CRM, and deploying personalized "Nice to meet you" outreach to secure follow-up consultations.
Meeting Continuity: Post-call management involving the synthesis of meeting recordings (Fathom) into concise recap emails and action items for client and lead distribution.
Event & Tour Logistics: Provide comprehensive support for book launches and tours, including RSVP management, venue coordination, and attendee communication.
Marketing & Strategic Growth
Social Media Leadership: Develop and execute a high-level social media strategy focusing on content creation, community engagement, and brand authority.
Lead Generation & Outreach: * Conduct targeted LinkedIn research and personalized outreach to CHROs to grow "Round Table" attendance.
Manage multi-channel outreach (email/LinkedIn) and persistent follow-up sequences.
Digital Presence & SEO: Implement SEO best practices and manage Google Ads campaigns specifically targeted at cybersecurity certification candidates.
Brand Advocacy: Research and secure high-impact opportunities for the Principal to appear as a speaker, exhibitor, or guest on relevant podcasts and conferences.
Web Management: Maintain and update website content, including the creation and integration of landing pages for book launches and certifications.
CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
System Architecture: Build and maintain sophisticated pipelines, tags, and automation sequences within GoHighLevel.
Workflow Automation: Develop "hands-off" lead journeys (e.g., automating the transition from Round Table attendee to 1:1 consultation request).
Data Integrity: Ensure meticulous tagging and organization of leads from all sources (LinkedIn, events, and direct outreach).
Technical Integration: Oversee the integration of payment gateways and centralized email communications within the CRM platform.
Position Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Ample proficiency of GoHighLevel, SEO, and Social media strategy.
